"Flow is a calm, relaxing class with a focus on different body parts for each track. To the beat of music we complete exercises all with adaptations for varying abilities. I can try a harder option and revert back to the lower option if needed as Vicky encourages you to tune into your body. I love the way I feel when I walk away from this class; my mind and body feel peaceful after completing this stretching and mobility focused class. "
