"Each week is different which is great when you are targeting different areas. Isabelle’s really enthusiastic and encourages you to push yourself a bit harder each week! I would not be picking up the heavier weights if not for that! The classes themselves are a good pace with levels for different abilities, again you can work through to the harder levels which is great to have something to work towards. 😊"
